Easy Planked Pork Loin Steaks

Planked Pork Loin Steaks

Serves 2

2 Pork Loin Steaks  1 1/2" - 2” thick

1 Tbs of each Legends Fat Tommy's Grilling Rub and Legends Pauley's Beef Blend

2 tsp Unsalted butter, cut into 1 tsp pads

1 Pre-Soaked Untreated Cedar Plank

  • Soak cedar plank in cool tap water for 1 - 2 hours before start time.

  • Pre-heat grill to medium heat (approximately 365 degrees).

  • Sprinkle pork steaks with Fat Tommy's and rub into meat then repeat with Pauley's Beef Blend.

  • Place on to planks and place on pre-heated grill. Close grill top and cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until done.

  • Remove planks from grill and immediately add 1 pad of unsalted butter to top of pork steak. Allow to melt on top - rub around if necessary.

  • Transfer to plate.

  • Serve
