Rinse grilling plank with cold water
and soak for approximately 2 hours, while
keeping grilling plank submerged. |

Remove grilling plank from water and
place on countertop. Arrange food to be cooked in
the branded area of the plank. |

Season food according to taste. |

Place presoaked plank on grill using
indirect heat whenever possible. This will prevent
dangerous flare-ups and extend the life of the plank. |

Serve directly on plank for an exciting

Cleaning
& Reusing Your Plank
After use, clean plank thoroughly using hot water
(do not use soap). Remove all food particles and
juices. Place grilling plank back on grill or in
oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. This will prepare
the grilling plank for future use. |
